Steps in the process
There are 2 key steps in the process of application and are explained below.
Quote: Based on all of the information that you provide, a selection of quotes will be provided by the companies that are best suited to your specific details. From here you are able to choose which policy to go ahead with.
Apply: Here your dedicated adviser will pass you on to an application specialist. The application specialist will go through the application with you where you will need to disclose your full medical history, financial and occupation details and the medical history of your immediate family. Applications generally take 10 – 15 minutes and are completely confidential.
Assessment: Once an application is submitted to an insurance company it is assigned to an underwriter. Again you application details remain completely confidential with only your assigned underwriter having access to it. The underwriter will assess the information that you have provided and determine the outcome of the application.
